You Are Never Alone

I saw this painting in the Ensign and fell in love with it! So for my final project in Digital Illustration I cropped the painting down and did a rendition of it. I looked at piece while I painted it, I didn't paint over it! The original artist is Carl Heinrich Bloch titled "In the Garden of Gethsemane"

Dinner Time

The assignment was to create an animal- I chose the Great White! This is the closest I ever want to get to a shark's mouth.

It was Craig's birthday so I asked him for a picture of him and Kara and then I did a charcoal protrait of them.

Rendition of Beautrix Potter's Pigs

The assignment was to choose a famous illustrator and recreate a small portion of their painting. I chose good o'l Beautrix Potter. I painted with watercolor with a canvas texture.

Acrylic Charlie

I was assigned to paint a book cover for a famous story. I chose Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. After painting it I scanned the image in and fixed it on Photoshop.
